Dr. Brennan completed comprehensive ENT and facial plastic surgery training in Philadelphia, gaining expertise across sinus disease, sleep medicine, allergies, pediatric ENT, airway and voice disorders. Originally from New York, he moved to southeastern North Carolina in 2023 to join Coastal Carolina ENT, where he delivers advanced ENT care with an emphasis on integrating clinical training and research. Outside clinical practice, he enjoys fishing, boating, cooking — especially BBQ — golf, and supporting New York sports teams.

Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine Residency in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, and Facial Plastic Surgery. During his training in Philadelphia, Dr. Brennan worked under many well-respected and experienced surgeons, gaining comprehensive expertise across the spectrum of ENT surgery. Specialized training included sinus disease, allergy, sleep medicine and sleep surgery, airway disorders, voice and swallowing disorders, pediatric ENT, and diseases of the ear.

PERSONAL HISTORY
Dr. Brennan is a native of New York and relocated to southeastern North Carolina in 2023 to join Coastal Carolina ENT. He is married to his wife, Desiree, and together they have three children and numerous animals. In his personal time, Dr. Brennan enjoys fishing and boating, cooking (especially BBQ), playing golf, and supporting New York sports teams, even the “perpetually bad” ones.
